ASSESSMENT AND STRATEGY
- Baseline assessment of where you are in your leadership or life
- Determine goals and what success looks like for you
- Co-develop a plan of action on how to achieve those goals
EXECUTION
- Implement tools, techniques and practices to achieve stated goals (note that these will be very different based on whether you are doing executive or life coaching)
- Attend regular sessions (typically within 3, 6 or 12 months) for reflection on implementation actions
- Adjust plan, if necessary
ACCOUNTABILITY AND RESULTS
- Measure results and impact on your life
- Develop a sustainability plan for ongoing progress
