My coaching methodology

                    ASSESSMENT AND STRATEGY

 

  • Baseline assessment of where you are in your leadership or life 
  • Determine goals and what success looks like for you
  • Co-develop a plan of action on how to achieve those goals

 

                               EXECUTION

 

  • Implement tools, techniques and practices to achieve stated goals (note that these will be very different based on whether you are doing executive or life coaching)
  • Attend regular sessions (typically within 3, 6 or 12 months) for reflection on implementation actions
  • Adjust plan, if necessary

  • Measure results and impact on your life
  • Develop a sustainability plan for ongoing progress
